Hey brothers and sisters in Islam, I would like to share to you a secret on how to be successful in life. If you will follow this, indeed your life would be successful not just here in this cruel temporary world but at the Hereafter as well, in which I think the most important one. Are you eager to know what this is all about?! Well, it’s actually so short that it won’t take much of your time and effort to internalize but I think it may change and turn your entire life into a SUCCESSFUL ummat of Prophet Muhammad (saw). One of the Hadith Qudsi says (excerpt from the long version of it): “O son of Adam, don’t love anyone while I am for you. If you attain Me, you will attain everything. If you lose Me, you lost everything. “ “O son of Adam, I created you for worship, so don’t engage in play. I determine your providences, don’t tire yourself. If you remain satisfied at My decision, then I will give comfort to your heart and you will be praise worthy in My eyes. If you are not satisfied at My decision, then by My dignity and wrath, I will let Dunya loose upon you, then you will struggle in it like an animal grazing in an open field in a huge valley, then you will not get anymore than what I have determined for you and will not be blame worthy in My eyes.”f “O son of Adam, I do not forget the person who disobeys Me so how can I forget someone who obeys Me? While I am the Provider, the Merciful and I can do anything I want.” “O son of Adam, there is this thing that you want, and there is the thing that I want. If you engage in what I want then I will do what you want. If you do not do this then what I want is what will happen but then I will tire you out in your struggle but you will not get more than what I determined for you!” See?! You may agree to me this time that life is not that difficult at all if we will just live in accordance to Allah swt’s will. Right dudes?!! Basically, we just have to be patient enough, as in extreme patient if we will encounter disasters along our ways. So why not we obey Allah swt’s will so that we may also get what we want. What a great achievement indeed, we get what we want and we able to obey Allah swt. Life in this world and life at the Hereafter are all fulfilled. So what’s hindering us now from practicing as a devoted ummat of Prophet Muhammad (saw)?! We don’t have any reason not to be because Allah swt, the Most High and the Most Merciful, makes our lives so easy BUT He gave us the choice which road we will take. Dudes, be careful and be wise enough to choose which road you will trade because you might take the wrong one. Remember, there’s no point of turning back when you are already on the edge of the road you’ve taken. |
Short Stories
This is for you….. And don’t be surprised. It is love….love for the prophet must be greater than from one’s self…In the Day of conquest of Makkah, Abo Qohafa (Father of Abu Bakr) embraced Islam later in his life when he became blind. He was accompanied by Abu Bakr to the prophet to declare his testimony and he made the covenant with the Prophet. Prophet said: O Abu Bakr, why did you not leave your father in his house so we will be the one to visit him. Abu Bakr said: O Prophet! You are the most honored person….and so Abo Qohafa embraced Islam…Abu Bakr cried. They said to him: This is the day of happiness. Your father embraced Islam and he was saved from the hell fire, so what makes you cry? He said: Because I have wished to see that the one who embraced Islam today is not my father but Abo Talib (uncle of Prophet Muhammad) ..it would make the prophet happier….Glory be to Allah! Abu Bakr’s happiness is not his father’s embracing of Islam but rather the happiness of the prophet … where are we in this kind of friendship?

"On the Day when every soul will be confronted with all the good it has done, and all the evil it has done, it will wish there were a great distance between it and its evil. But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself. And Allah is full of kindness to those that serve Him." - Al-Qur'an, 003.030 (Aal-E-Imran [The Family of Imran])
